Throughout my career, I have championed direct selling as an excellent pathway to entrepreneurship for those interested in building a business in collaboration with a company that already provides products, services, basic marketing, sales, and training. In 2018, I initiated research on the gig economy, uncovering how it redefines work and ownership - an effort that led to my award-winning book, Ultimate Gig, recognized as a top publication in 2020. In 2026, I released our latest book, NEW ECONOMY, sharing the data, information, stories, and insights that highlight people's potential for flexible, autonomous work-beyond traditional economic discussions. My career began in architecture, but now I advocate for independent work and entrepreneurship, aiming to inspire others to become architects of their own destiny.
